Philadelphia TV Anchor Alex Holley took a little time to celebrate Beyoncé’s stop in the city for the Renaissance World Tour on July 12.

Holley sparked quite the buzz on social media after dressing up like Beyoncé during Good Day Philly on WTXF-TV.

Holley’s custom Mari Rose dress was designed to mimic one of the costumes Beyoncé has worn for her performance of “America Has a Problem” during the Renaissance Tour.

Her tribute to Queen Bey included her dancing from behind the news desk and getting a news crew member to hold a fan blowing air through her hair.

“We got a problem in the studio, because Philly! Are you ready for Beyoncé? I know I am!” Holley said during her performance.

Her Good Day Philly co-hosts even got in on the fun — joining Holley as backup dancers.

The video has since taken off across social media, with fans of the TV host and the singer taking to her Instagram account to show love to her Beyoncé-inspired moment.

Renaissance World Tour U.S. Leg

Beyoncé’s Philly show kicked off the United States leg of her Renaissance World Tour.

The big night included an appearance from the ballroom icon and musician Kevin Aviance, who is sampled on Beyoncé’s fan-favorite track “Pure/Honey.”

Aviance took to Instagram to share that Beyoncé had extended a personal invite to him for the show. He described himself as being “nervous, excited, emotional, and grateful” about his special honor. He added that he’d also been invited to Beyoncé’s show at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 29.

The Renaissance World Tour first debuted on May 10 in Sweden.

Since then, the show has earned $67.5 million and sold 461,000 tickets across its nine May shows across Europe. The tour ended up hitting the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Top Tours chart for May— making Beyoncé the first woman to reach the chart’s top spot since Pink in July 2019.
